So, for starters- amazing shipping and overall quick arrival! But I don't know exactly what this stuff is on the band of said pump case. I have an' old one I replaced and never seen this before. Luckily the customer service was good and offered a replacement if it couldn't be washed off, it did with his suggestion in dish soap and water!

The only negative is the sharp corners at the end. They did into your skin. Also it has rubber patches on the inside which is great for holding it in place but after a while it burns like a sunburn. But it does as described

The pocket is more convenient and keeps the tubing out of the way while working. I wish the shipping fee was lower.

I’ve never been able to put my pump on my arm before, so it’s been super nice to be able to do that now! I retain full range of motion, I just move it from my upper to my lower arm every couple of hours.

I can't get the pump in or out of the case easily enough. The focus of these bands is to hide the pump, not view the pump. I want easy access.

I ordered this arm case to use when I have my cannula site in my arm. Because I have shorter tubing, I'm not able to wear my normal case on my waist band when wearing the site in my arm and wearing in a bra just doesn't work all the time.
I received this item very quickly. Shipping was extremely fast. As far as the product is concerned, it is fantastic and does exactly what I need it to do. It sits on my arm in the exact place I put it, and it hardly moves at all, even while doing chores or sleeping. The arm case is also very comfortable. It doesn't press in to my skin, nor is it itching or irritating. I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.
