I had really high hopes for this garter. The fabric used rubbed off on the tubing of my insulin pump.

I love the way it’s made!! I originally thought it had a zipper but when I got it it’s a secret slide in and out design that I think is awesome! I check my sugar on my pump 50-75 times a day because of sensitivity to insulin and constant sugar levels being up down or all over the place! Love the lace print too! Beautiful work!

So pretty. The material is soft adequately stretchy. The only problem I see is if you use it for an insulin pump, which is attached to you there’s no place for the tubing to go. However ,I’ll figure that out.

Great idea but unfortunately, I had some slipping when wearing it with my pump. I just think the TSlim pumps have more weight than the material can handle. I had to keep pulling it up. No fault of the seller. Just not the right fit for this pump.

An absolutely wonderful piece that's both fashionable and functional! Just be aware, the looser it fits, the less weight it's going to be able to hold, so if you're in between sizes, I recommend going smaller.

I bought this as a gag joke for my diabetic friend who is about to be a bride….she totally loved it! She’s actually gonna use it during the wedding because her dress won’t have pockets to hold her pump- brilliant idea!

Very nice product! I specifically bought this for a wedding I went to but even before that Ive used it on a few occasions where i wore a dress and its discrete, very cute and it hold up well on your thigh! 10/10 recommend on buying

This is super ideal for when you want to wear materials prone to getting holes, or that are stretchy, as my pump can be kind of heavy on such fabrics. I found it very comfortable. I also like that if you’re wearing a dress you don’t have to fish around in your clothes to try to find your pump, so it doesn’t draw too much attention while bolusing in public. Super convenient and true to size. Got one for a relative who also has a pump. Will definitely be wearing this more often.

This garter actually works! I used it for 6 hours straight holding my Tandem pump under a dress. We ate at a restaurant and walked around town. It never curled up, never slid down my leg, I barely felt it was there! I could be discreet while bolusing during dinner. Thank you so much. Other similar garters have fallen apart within 2 hours, literally. Can't wait to use it again!
