Refund policy
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and within 30 days.
Return Process
1. Use our Contact page and provide your order number to initiate a return.
2. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
3. Ship the item back to Pumpcases using your mailbox or by dropping the package off at your local USPS post office.
Refunds
Once USPS scans your return label, we will initiate the refund within two business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please use our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any damage, please take photos for your records and contact us within 24 hours. You did not have to pay a return shipping fee in this case. We pay for the postage of the product back to us.
