Shipping policy

When will my item ship?
All items are produced and shipped from our Las Vegas, Nevada, facility within one to two business days of purchase. USPS Ground Advantage transit times apply for Standard Shipping.

Where is my item?
You can view your order status by using the tracking details link in your shipping confirmation email (you will receive this email when your product ships). If tracking has not updated within a few days, please use our Contact page and provide us with your order number.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping Transit Times & Location
We currently ship to the United States. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
USA: 3-8 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs processing, or carrier disruptions.

How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on select products: Products that say "Free Shipping" on their product page ship free via USPS Ground Advantage to all US addresses, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. If your order also includes items that do not say "Free Shipping," the standard rates below apply to those items only.

Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage (less than 1lb) is $7.99 to most US states. N.E. states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are $8.49.

UPS: For orders greater than 15 ounces, UPS is $12.99. N.E. states, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are $14.99.

Do you ship internationally?
For international shipping, please click on our banner at the top of our homepage. This will take you to Pumpcases eBay store. eBay handles Pumpcases international shipping.

Undeliverable Packages:
If the package is returned to Pumpcases and marked as Address Not Found or Undeliverable, a full refund will be applied upon receipt.
