When will my item ship?

All items are produced and shipped from our facility in Las Vegas, Nevada, within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. USPS Ground Advantage transit times apply for Standard Shipping.

Where is my item?

You can view the status of your order by accessing the tracking details link in your shipping confirmation email (you will receive this when your product ships).

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States only. For international shipping, we use eBay.

How much does it cost to ship to my country?

eBay collects tariffs and taxes from various countries and determines which carrier will be used. Pumpcases is unaware of eBay's shipping fees, as they vary from country to country.

How much does Standard Shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $4.89 if your product subtotal is less than $42.00. Shipping is free for orders greater than $42.00. USPS Ground Advantage transit times apply for Standard Shipping.
