When will my item ship?

All items are produced and shipped from our Las Vegas, Nevada, facility within one to two business days of purchase. USPS Ground Advantage transit times apply for Standard Shipping.

Where is my item?

You can view your order status by using the tracking details link in your shipping confirmation email (you will receive it when your product ships).

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only to the United States. For international shipping, please click on our banner at the top of the page. This will take you to Pumpcases eBay store.

How much does it cost to ship to my country?

eBay collects tariffs and taxes from various countries and determines which carrier to use. Pumpcases is unaware of eBay's shipping fees, which vary by country.
