  • When will my Item ship?

    All items are produced and shipped from our facility in Las Vegas, Nevada, within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. USPS Ground Advantage transit times apply for Standard Shipping.

  • Where is my item?

    You can view the status of your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards. Alternative forms of payment include Klarna, Afterpay, and PayPal.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    For international shipping, we utilize eBay: https://www.ebay.com/str/pumpcases

  • How much does it cost to ship to my country?

    eBay collects each country’s assigned import tariff and taxes. A carrier is selected using cost and transit time. Pumpcases is unaware of the shipping fee eBay charges, as it varies from country to country.

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

  • What happens if the item was “Returned to Sender”?

    If your order has been listed as “undeliverable” and returned to Pumpcases, I'll refund your order in full.

  • Can I put my case or garter in the washing machine?

    No. Hand-washing pumpcases.com products is strongly recommended.

  • What do I do if I received the incorrect product or my product is defective?

    I apologize if you receive the wrong product in your order. Please send an email to landon@pumpcases.com and include your order number. I will promptly send you a replacement along with a prepaid return label to return the incorrect item.
