RETURN POLICY

Start a return

You have 30 days to request a return upon receipt of your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. Please provide your order number.

To start a return, please contact landon@pumpcases.com. I’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label, which can be scanned or dropped off at any USPS Post Office or mailbox.

Damaged in shipping

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Don't hesitate to contact us at landon@pumpcases.com for a prepaid return label. Once USPS scans the prepaid return label, we'll make and ship the different size or color to you.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. You will need proof of purchase via an eBay order number.

Refunds

You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days upon the first scan by USPS of the prepaid return label. Financial institutions typically process and post the refund in 2-5 business days. If more than ten business days have passed since we provided your prepaid return label, and your method of payment has not processed a credit to your account, please get in touch with me: landon@pumpcases.com
