RETURN POLICY

Start a return

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it. Please provide your order number.

To start a return, please get in touch with landon@pumpcases.com. I'll send you a prepaid return shipping label that must be printed, affixed to an envelope or package, and dropped off at any USPS Post Office or mailbox.

Damaged in shipping

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. I will make it right.

Exchanges

Don't hesitate to contact us at landon@pumpcases.com for a prepaid return label. Once USPS scans the prepaid return label, we'll make and ship the different size or color to you.

Refunds

You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 1-2 business days after USPS's first scan of the prepaid return label. Your financial institution should process and post your refund within two to five business days.
