REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition you received it, without signs of use, and with tags. You will also need the order number and the platform on which the order was placed. Example: Etsy.com, Amazon.com, pumpcases.com, etc.

To start a return, you can contact us at landon@pumpcases.com. We’ll send you a prepaid USPS return shipping label that can be dropped off at any USPS post office. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will do our best to make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the order number and the platform on which the order was placed. Example: Etsy.com, Amazon.com, pumpcases.com, etc.

Refunds
Pumpcases™ will initiate the refund on the platform that our product was purchased upon the first item scan by USPS using a prepaid return label. If a photo is sent to landon@pumpcases.com, which clearly displays a defect, and you are not interested in an exchange, we will initiate the refund on the platform that our product was purchased. In most cases, the payment provider (your credit or debit card) will issue the refund in 1-3 business days.
