When will my item ship?

All items are produced and shipped from our Las Vegas, Nevada, facility within one to two business days of purchase. USPS Ground Advantage transit times apply for Standard Shipping.

Where is my item?

You can view your order status by using the tracking details link in your shipping confirmation email (you will receive this email when your product ships). If tracking has not updated within a few days, please use our Contact page and provide us with your order number.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days.

How much does Standard Shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders if you Orders $69.99 and up. But if you order under $69.99, you have to be give $6.49 shipping charge.

Do you ship internationally?

For international shipping, please click on our banner at the top of our homepage. This will take you to Pumpcases eBay store.

Undeliverable Packages:

Suppose a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. In that case, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs incurred when reshipping the package.
